The Foundation's first board is being formed with care. We are looking for people whose lives already reflect the values we serve.

Consciousness consultant and awakening teacher, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Maitreya founded the Foundation to carry the teaching into practical service: the conviction that a person who is housed, fed, and cared for has room to discover who they truly are.

Who we are looking for
- Integrity. People whose actions match their words, in public and in private.
- Relevant experience. In development, finance, law, nonprofit governance, or contemplative practice.
- A heart for service. Positions are voluntary. The reward is the work itself.
- Respect for the Five Values. Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence will guide our decisions.
