What we mean

Consciousness, in plain terms

By consciousness we mean the quality of awareness people bring to their work: how clearly they see, how honestly they speak, and how they treat one another under pressure.

Every organisation has a level of awareness of its own. It shows in what gets said and what stays unspoken, in how decisions are made, and in whether people feel safe enough to be themselves. When that awareness grows, culture, trust, and wellbeing follow.

Who leads

Maitreya

Every consulting engagement is led personally by Maitreya, a consciousness consultant and awakening and liberation teacher based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She brings two decades of teaching, and training in kinesiology and psychology, to leadership and organisational life.

Consulting fees fund the Maitreya Buddha Foundation’s humanitarian work.
