Maitreya
Consciousness Consultant · Awakening and Liberation Teacher
Maitreya advises leaders and organisations on the inner side of work: awareness, values, and how people think, decide, and relate under pressure. She brings two decades of teaching, and training in kinesiology and psychology, to that work.

One moment of recognition. Two decades of work.
At twenty-one, a spontaneous kundalini awakening dissolved Maitreya’s sense of a separate self.
For the two decades since, she has worked with thousands of people globally on anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational patterns, at the root where perception, conditioning, and the nervous system meet.
Her approach integrates kinesiology and psychology, which she is now studying toward a doctorate, with non-dual insight, so that recognition becomes measurable change in behaviour, emotional regulation, and clarity.
Her core teachings, Instant Liberation and Triggered into Truth, point directly to what is already free.

Consciousness consulting
Strategy alone does not change how people work together. Maitreya works with what sits beneath it.
She consults with founders, executives, leadership teams, and whole organisations on stress and reactivity, trust and communication, values and culture, and leading clearly through change.
- Twenty years of pattern work. Thousands of people helped with anxiety, reactivity, and relational patterns, now applied to teams and leaders.
- The body and the nervous system. Training in kinesiology and psychology, so stress is understood in mechanism, not just in theory.
- Clarity under pressure. Non-dual insight that helps leaders see clearly and act from calm.
- A values framework. The Five Human Values as a practical lens for culture and decisions.
Three commitments
Direct pointing, not instruction
Concepts give the mind more to defend. Pointing lets awareness recognise itself, in real time.
No tradition required
Buddhist, Christian, atheist, or undecided. The only qualification is the willingness to look honestly.
Insight must reach the body
Recognition that does not reach the nervous system is not yet realisation. The work has to land in how a person actually lives.
