Why it matters

Your people are carrying a lot

Deadlines, constant messages, uncertainty, and the quiet weight of life outside work. Most people have never been taught how to settle their own minds.

Mindfulness gives them a way. Not as one more task, but as a few minutes of real stillness that changes how they meet the rest of the day.

12 billionworking days are lost every year to depression and anxiety worldwide, at a cost of nearly US$1 trillion in lost productivity.World Health Organization, Mental health at work
What changes

What your people take with them

Steadier under pressure

Simple practices for meeting stress, deadlines, and difficult moments without being swept away by them.

Clearer attention

Ways to work with focus in a world of constant interruption, and to rest properly when work is done.

Kinder communication

Listening more fully, speaking more honestly, and handling conflict with less harm on all sides.

Leaders people trust

Leaders who act from clarity and values rather than pressure, and who set the emotional tone for everyone else.

For leaders and whole organisations

Consciousness consulting

Some organisations need more than a program. Our consulting works with the awareness, values, and relationships beneath the work, through executive advisory, organisational reviews, leadership intensives, and culture transformation.

  • Executive Advisory. Private advisory with Maitreya, from $5,000 a month.
  • Organisational Consciousness Review. An honest picture of your culture, from $18,000.
  • Leadership Team Intensive. One or two days for executive teams, from $12,000.
  • Purpose and Values Design. Values that live in the room, from $25,000.
  • Conscious Culture Transformation. Six to twelve months, from $85,000.
Wellbeing with a purpose

Your program funds a family’s home

When you bring us into your organisation, the fees fund the Maitreya Buddha Foundation’s humanitarian work, beginning with rebuilding homes for families in Nepal who lost theirs to flash floods.

Your people care for their own minds, and in the same act, help a family on the other side of the world come home. We will share with every partner how their support was used.

Questions

Common questions

Is this religious?

No belief is required. Our programs teach practical, secular-friendly methods of attention, breathing, and reflection. The Five Human Values that guide us are universal and are welcomed across faiths and cultures.

Do you work online or in person?

Both. We deliver in person across British Columbia and online anywhere in the world. Retreats can be held in British Columbia or at a location you choose.

How do you measure the effect?

For longer programs we offer a short wellbeing survey at the start and end, using the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index, a widely used five-question measure. You receive a summary of the results.

Can you tailor a program?

Yes. Every engagement begins with a conversation about your people and what you hope will change. We then shape the content, length, and format to fit.

Do you offer reduced rates?

Yes. Charities, schools, and frontline healthcare teams can ask about reduced rates. Please mention this when you contact us.

Where does the money go?

Program fees fund the Maitreya Buddha Foundation’s humanitarian work, beginning with rebuilding homes for families in Nepal who lost theirs to floods.
